Mo Sprioc (My Goal)
I’m basically attempting to do brain surgury on the whole of society. I need more training, experience and a lot of helpful hands in order to make this be possible and successful. There are many risks involved in such an operation, and the patient that is society will be, in a technical sense, metaphorically dead after the operation.
But if the tumor of unbridled and deregulated Capitalism isn’t removed from our society’s individual and collective minds, the patient that is society will die anyway in a more solid sense.
I don’t pretend to know everything. I can’t. That is why I work with and defer to others when I don’t know something.
But I do know the courses of history and a thing or two about the nature of solid reality that, it seems, many people don’t have a clue about.
I’m the one who sees this happening, and I’m the one who sees and is able to generate ways to get out of the messes that we’re in, based upon present and possible future conditions as a result of my actions. I don’t think I will not make mistakes. But, hopefully, if others are cooperative, they can be mitigated against, such that they are minimized, while the benefits of our collective actions are maximized.
This may all fail. But if no one makes an effort to change things, then they’re most certainly going to fail anyway. I’d rather take the possibility of success than the guarantee of failure, and I’m willing to put in the work that makes that success more likely than not.
Are you willing?
Are you ready?
Because the time is coming upon us.
And you’ve got to decide whether you’re going to be part of the actual solution, or apart of the actual cause of our problems.
Think about it.
